3. Credit & Subscription System

CreatorIntel operates on a credit and subscription-based model. Credits are used to access specific AI-powered features. Subscriptions provide recurring access or bundles of credits.

  • Non-Transferability: Purchased credits and subscriptions are tied to your account and are non-transferable to other users or accounts.
  • Usage: Credits are consumed upon the successful initiation of an AI task (e.g., deal analysis, contract audit).

4. User Conduct & Misuse

Misuse, abuse, or any illegal use of the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to bypass security measures, scraping data, or using the service for any deceptive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for any such violations.

5. User-Generated Content

The company is not responsible for any content generated, uploaded, or shared by users. Responsibility for the legality and accuracy of such content lies solely with the user.

6. Service Provisioning "As Is"

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial gains, or legal validity of any AI-generated analysis. Always consult with professionals before making significant business or legal decisions.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
